Data hosted in India
All data is stored on servers located in India, ensuring compliance with Indian data residency requirements.
Encryption in transit
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
Encryption at rest
Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
Access control
Role-based access controls ensure only authorised team members can view or modify integration configurations.
Audit logs
Every action is logged with a timestamp and user identity for full audit traceability.
Data retention
Transaction logs are retained for 90 days by default. Custom retention is available on Enterprise plans.
