ARQVEA ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the personal data of everyone who visits this site or uses ARQVEA Integrate. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Name, email address, and company name when you contact us or book a demo via this site.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site (via server logs).
• Usage data when you use ARQVEA Integrate: features accessed, integration run counts, and error events. This data is used solely to operate and improve the service.
• We do not use third-party analytics trackers or advertising cookies.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry or request for a demo.
• To provide and operate ARQVEA Integrate.
• To send product updates and relevant communications. You may opt out at any time.
• To improve the product and website.
• We never sell personal data. We never share it with third parties except as required by law or as described in section 4.

3. Data storage and security

• Data is stored on servers located in India.
• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256).
• Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

4. Third-party services

• Hosting infrastructure: our servers are provided by an Indian cloud hosting provider. Data does not leave India except where explicitly required to complete an integration you configure.
• We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services on this website.
• If we introduce any third-party sub-processors in the future, we will update this policy and notify customers.

5. Retention

• Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is earlier.
• Server logs are retained for 90 days.
• Integration transaction logs are retained for 90 days by default. Custom retention is available on Enterprise plans.

6. Your rights (DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR)

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at hello@arqvea.com to exercise any right. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This site uses only essential first-party session cookies required to operate the site. No advertising or analytics cookies are set. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; this may affect site functionality.

8. Changes

We will post any material changes to this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.
